Job summary

Addleshaw Goddard LLP is seeking an AI & Digital Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver AI and IT training across the firm. You will lead structured AI learning, responsible use guidance and practical prompting, working with legal practice groups and Business Services to embed digital skills.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing and delivering IT, digital or technology learning in a professional services or corporate environment.
• Practical understanding of generative AI and its workplace application, including AI literacy, responsible use and effective prompting.
• Experience identifying learning needs and developing targeted learning solutions for different audiences.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, coaching and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and relate them to practical business activities.
• Experience creating high-quality learning materials across instructor-led, virtual and digital formats.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and confidence working with colleagues at all levels, including senior stakeholders and Partners.
• Excellent time-management and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A collaborative, service-focused approach and a commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI and digital training design and delivery for colleagues at different roles and levels.
• Develop structured AI learning, responsible use and prompting guidance.
• Create practice-based examples, exercises and learning materials for various departments.
• Deliver hands-on workshops and coaching for AI agent skills and productivity improvement.
• Support adoption of Microsoft 365, in-house applications and other systems.
• Collaborate with departments to identify learning priorities and create tailored learning plans.
• Provide post-training coaching, drop-in sessions and peer learning networks.
• Monitor training impact and update materials based on feedback.
