ASOS is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join the Finance team. You will be responsible for invoice processing, payments, and maintaining supplier relationships, while ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.

The role involves data-driven decision making, improving processes, and working in a fast-paced retail environment. Hybrid office presence is required, with at least 3 days on-site per week.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices: match PO receipts with invoices.
• Prepare weekly multi-currency payment runs and ensure on-time payments.
• Maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Review accounts with debit balances and request refunds when needed.
• Reconcile key supplier accounts regularly and clear aged GRNI.
• Ensure master data accuracy and adherence to fraud policy.
