Job summary

Mountain Warehouse is seeking an Accounts Payable assistant to support our Property Suppliers within the Finance shared service centre in Coventry. You will manage supplier accounts, process invoices and assist with payment runs, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of queries.

We look for at least 2 years of AP experience, strong numeracy and IT skills (Excel), and excellent attention to detail. Hybrid working with 3 days in London based office and 2 working from home offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Strong numeracy and IT skills (Excel).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good spoken and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all activities on a group of specified supplier accounts.
• Process invoices and credit notes; manage payment runs.
• Set up new suppliers and maintain account information.
• Reconcile statements and resolve outstanding balances.
• Liaise with internal/external contacts to resolve queries.
