Job summary

OA Group is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our Corby team and own a portfolio of global customer accounts, driving growth while delivering excellent service across enquiries, quotations, orders and account activity.

The role reports to the Head of Sales and requires a proactive, commercially minded professional with strong communication skills, CRM experience and the ability to support international customers with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and quotes.
• Experience with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts with enquiries, quotations, consignments and orders.
• Build long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Qualify leads and convert opportunities into new accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer databases and activity records.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver customer requirements.
