OA Group in Bedford is seeking an experienced Sales Account Coordinator to join a well-established client, based in Bedford. The role is fully office-based, Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00, offering up to £33,000 per year plus an annual bonus.

You will handle sales support tasks, manage customer accounts, liaise with suppliers in the UK and Europe, and contribute to the wider sales team. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration or Customer Service.
• Enjoy speaking to people and building relationships.
• Curious to understand customers' needs.
• Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers by phone and email.
• Prepare and follow up quotations.
• Process customer orders accurately.
• Manage customer accounts and build relationships.
• Liaise with UK and European suppliers.
• Chase outstanding quotations and opportunities.
• Upsell additional products where appropriate.
• Keep customer records up to date.
• Support the wider sales team.
• Process up to 90 customer orders per day once trained.
