The Role

  1. Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations
  2. Demonstrated accountability, enthusiasm and ability to motivate and influence decision makers
  3. Understand clients' business needs, challenges and strategic priorities to tailor solutions that meet their objectives
  4. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align services with client needs
  5. Implement strategic plans to manage global accounts effectively including opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling and referrals within existing accounts
  6. Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets. Develop a deep understanding of the client’s market, industry trends, and competition.
  7. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective account management strategies
  8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services and solutions
  9. Negotiate contracts and terms of service with clients
  10. Foster a team environment that encourages global collaboration
  11. Monitor and analyze account performance using CRM tools
  12. Provide forecasts and updates to upper management
  13. Consult ROI analyses and present business solutions to clients

What you bring to the team

  1. 10+ years experience in software sales, preferably in the data management space
  2. 5+ years experience in account management at a global level
  3. Bachelors degree
  4. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  5. Excellent problem-solving abilities
  6. Deep understanding of the markets and industries in which key accounts operate
