Job summary

Gipmatrix in Dover is seeking a confident sales professional or account manager for an office-based role. You will sell across our media publications, build global client relationships, and attend international conferences with travel covered.

The position offers a base salary plus uncapped commission and strong OTE potential. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in account management or sales, GCSE or equivalent, and are prepared to travel up to 25% to meet clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and/or account management.
• Based locally in or near Dover, Kent (office-based).
• Professional telephone manner with ability to speak at senior levels internationally.

Responsibilities

• Sell editorial and advertising opportunities across publications (print, digital, audio).
• Build, manage, and grow client relationships with senior decision-makers internationally.
• Represent the brand at international conferences; travel expenses covered.
• Develop a consultative sales approach and deliver added-value opportunities.
