Job summary

AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) is seeking an ABM Program Manager to own and scale AI, data, and operational solutions for the ABM community. You will partner with Marketing Operations, MarTech, and external vendors to translate ABM objectives into scalable, AI-enabled tools deployed across geos.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on building of AI-powered workflows, integration layers, and adoption programs, delivering measurable impact and global rollout in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
• Experience working with engineering and technical teams to build automated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business lead for ABM AI, data, and operational solutions end-to-end — define the vision, program strategy, requirements, and success criteria for AI-based ABM solutions with limited guidance, operating in problem spaces where the solution is not yet defined.
