Job summary

Amazon in London is seeking an ABM Program Manager to own and scale AI, data, and operational solutions for the ABM community. You will bridge marketing and technology, defining the vision, building tools, and delivering end-to-end AI-based capabilities across geos.

You'll partner with MarTech, Marketing Operations, and external vendors to translate strategic ABM objectives into scalable, field-tested solutions, delivering measurable impact and adoption across borders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional programs from concept to delivery.
• Ability to set vision, strategy, and success criteria for ABM AI solutions.
• Proven data-driven decision making and metric tracking.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams to build automated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABM AI, data, and operational solutions end-to-end with defined vision and strategy.
• Design AI-powered tools and automation across CRM, Highspot, Asana, and MCP integrations.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery, including AppSec, UAT, SOPs, and global rollout.
• Partner with marketing and vendors to translate business needs into technical specs.
• Drive AI adoption with a Champions program and global scalability.
• Define KPIs and use data to drive improvements and investments.
• Create AI solution generation workflows and global rollout mechanisms.
• Lead cross-functional decision-making with leadership and vendors.
