Job summary

Mountfitchetgroup is seeking an Operations professional to provide around-the-clock charter support from our Surbiton head office. The role requires 12-hour shift patterns, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays, with responsibilities spanning flight watching, information delivery, and broker liaison across global divisions.

You will collaborate with OCC, airline operators and support teams to ensure on-time performance and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is essential.
• Desirable: ability in an additional language (French, German, Spanish, Arabic, Italian, Portuguese, or Mandarin).
• Willingness to work 12-hour shift patterns including night shifts, weekends & bank holidays.
• Must live within 45 minutes commute of Surbiton HQ.
• Professional, confident communicator both verbally and written.
• Independent worker and strong team contributor.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 365 coverage and operational support to brokers worldwide from Surbiton HQ.
• Coordinate with onsite rep team and customer experience to mitigate issues on flight day.
• Update customers with flight movement messages and operational information.
• Maintain CRM and compliance data, and generate daily operational reports.
