Job summary

Global Charter is seeking organised Flight Operations Specialists for its London team. You will coordinate private jet movements, monitor live flights and manage changing plans with brokers, operators, airports and vendors.

Roles include providing briefs, handling passenger requirements, and resolving day-to-day operational issues. Training is provided, with a shift pattern including in-office hours and regular after-hours rotation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute flight briefs and operational information.
• Monitor live flights, delays and schedule changes.
• Coordinate catering, chauffeurs and passenger requirements.
• Liaise with operators, FBOs, airports and ground handlers.
• Ensure passenger and operational needs are communicated clearly.
• Maintain accurate trip info and CRM notes.
• Support brokers before and during flights.
• Resolve day-of-flight operational issues quickly and professionally.
• Assist with supplier invoices and financial updates.
• Monitor active trips through completion.
