Job summary

Mountfitchetgroup is seeking a dedicated operations professional to provide around the clock support to our global brokers from our Surbiton head office. You will manage live charter movements, coordinate with the on-site team and keep clients informed of any risks to operations.

The role requires a passion for aviation, fluent English, and willingness to work 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends and bank holidays.

• A genuine interest in Aviation and customer service.
• Willingness to work 12 hour shifts including nights, weekends & bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 365 coverage and operational support from Surbiton HQ.
• Coordinate with onsite teams to mitigate issues on the day of flight.
• Share operational information and assist in delivering charters for brokers globally.
• Monitor flights and keep brokers informed with movement messages.
• Build relationships with airline operators, FBOs and airports worldwide.
