The role requires strong communications, leadership, and the ability to work cross‑functionally. Based at the Glasgow service branch with UK travel expectations; driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in lift or similar service industry with transferable skills is essential.
• NVQ Level 3 Lift Engineering is required.
• Management qualifications desirable to lead a field team.

Responsibilities

• Plan engineers' workloads efficiently and manage team performance.
• Oversee absence, performance, and appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures; conduct risk assessments.
• Monitor sites regularly and maintain customer relationships; address queries.
• Maintain credit control logs and CRM records.
