Stannah Group in Glasgow is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead the branch business plan, overseeing PPM, defect management, call-out responsiveness, and margin contribution. You will manage field staff and subcontractors with a focus on safety, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communications, leadership, and the ability to work cross‑functionally. Based at the Glasgow service branch with UK travel expectations; driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in lift or similar service industry with transferable skills is essential.
• NVQ Level 3 Lift Engineering is required.
• Management qualifications desirable to lead a field team.

You’ll champion our company values and ensure our service delivery consistently reflects our commitment to quality and operational excellence.You’ll manage and support our Field workforce and subcontractors, with Health and Safety, people development, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and risk management at the core of your approach. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll work closely with colleagues across all levels of the organisation and convey complex technical information clearly and confidently.The successful candidate will be based at our Glasgow Service Branch, with travel across Scotland to be expected, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Working hours:

• Monday -Thursday 8am till 4.45pm
• Friday 8am till 3.45pm

Field Service Manager Job Responsibilities:

Field Service Manager Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within the lift industry or similar service industry with transferable skills is essential
• Relevant technical or management qualifications would be desirable
• NVQ Level 3 Lift Engineering
