Job summary

Rapport Guest Services is seeking an Event Planner in Glasgow to own the full lifecycle of events, from initial concept through delivery. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure flawless execution and outstanding client satisfaction.

The role requires at least one year of events experience in a similar environment and a proactive, organised approach with sharp attention to detail. This is a full-time, permanent position based on-site in Glasgow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of events experience covering full lifecycle from planning to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end planning and delivery of events to meet client expectations.
• Act as primary escalation point for complex client needs; resolve issues promptly.
• Manage all meeting and event requests, confirm details, allocate spaces and coordinate logistics.
• Coordinate client and host requirements; manage updates, changes or cancellations.
• Monitor service quality and team performance; identify process improvements.
