Job summary

Hawk Hiring seeks an experienced Vehicle Technician / Service Technician to join a respected German vehicle specialist independent garage in Gloucester. A basic salary of £35,000–£40,000 is offered, with Monday-to-Friday 08:30–17:00 and strictly no weekends, in a supportive, non-corporate environment where your skills are valued.

You will work on premium German brands (BMW, Audi, Mercedes, VW, Porsche), use modern diagnostic tools, and contribute to long-term career development within a renowned

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in vehicle maintenance with a proven track record as a Vehicle Technician.
• Experience working on German brands (BMW, Audi, VW, Mercedes-Benz) is a major plus.
• F-Gas certification preferred or interest in obtaining it.
• Full UK driving licence required; MOT Tester licence preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, general maintenance, and complex repairs on German brand vehicles.
• Use modern diagnostic tools and brand-specific software to troubleshoot faults.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship to achieve first-time fix and high productivity.
• Collaborate with a skilled team to uphold reputation for specialist excellence.
