Job summary

Hawk Hiring in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician or Mechanic for a premium independent garage. You will service, diagnose and repair customer vehicles in a modern workshop, taking pride in high-quality workmanship.

We offer £40,000-£50,000+ DOE, permanent full-time employment, ongoing training and development, and a supportive, knowledgeable team in a workshop that values accuracy and pride in every job.

Qualifications

• Experienced Vehicle Technician or Mechanic with strong diagnostic skills.
• Confident with mechanical and diagnostic work.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle servicing and routine maintenance
• Mechanical repairs and fault finding
• Electrical and diagnostic work
• Carrying out inspections and identifying faults
• Using diagnostic equipment to accurately diagnose issues
• Completing work to a consistently high standard
• Maintaining a clean, organised and professional working environment
• Working efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail
