Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven workshop experience with strong mechanical know-how.
• Solid experience in vehicle servicing, rapid preparation work, and basic inspections.
• A valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine servicing, oil changes, manufacturer-scheduled maintenance, and basic mechanical repairs (brakes, suspension, and steering components).
• Develop diagnostic skills by assisting senior technicians with complex faults using dealer-level diagnostic equipment.
• Perform comprehensive multi-point health checks to provide customers with high-level assurance.
• Maintain precise electronic records of work completed and communicate with service/parts teams regarding timelines.
• Collaborate with a friendly team of 10 staff to learn premium workmanship standards.
