Pareto is recruiting a Trainee Account Manager who will support senior managers and independently handle smaller accounts while learning the market and your product offering. The role focuses on building client relationships through prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic emails.

You will gain comprehensive training and a clear path from trainee to senior account manager, with significant promotional potential and incentives as you grow within Pareto in the UK market.

Responsibilities

• Support senior account managers with up selling into larger accounts and independently manage and sell to lower spend accounts.
• Develop relationships with new clients via prospecting, LinkedIn and targeted emails.
• Understand customer needs and present solutions articulately.
• After 9–12 months, begin meeting clients face to face and take responsibility for business relationships.
