Job summary

Awin is seeking a Technical Support Executive (German speaker) in London to drive successful onboarding of top brands onto our network. The role combines technical guidance with client-facing collaboration to ensure timely delivery of campaign specifications.

You will liaise between clients' marketing and engineering teams, troubleshoot setup issues, and contribute to the knowledge base and training efforts within a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and German (C1+) required.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms helpful.
• Strong analytical and communication skills essential.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, hybrid environment.
• Experience in onboarding or technical support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical onboarding and integration support.
• Act as liaison between client tech and marketing teams.
• Identify and isolate setup errors and propose fixes.
• Assist with knowledge base administration and training.
• Test new features and report issues to the team.
• Support monthly integration targets and quality standards.
