Job summary

The Planet Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (German speaking) to support recruitment across Europe on a 6-12 month contract, with UK remote working available. You will play a key role in coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, and supporting the hiring process in collaboration with recruiters and business stakeholders.

This fast-paced role requires strong organisational skills, experience with ATS (Workday), and excellent communication to manage relationships

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative roles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, ideally Workday.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English is essential; German language skills required to support hiring across Europe.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Germany to support stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, including booking rooms or video conferencing and sending confirmations.
• Manage calendars for recruiters and hiring managers.
• Act as a point of contact for candidates, employees, hiring managers, and recruitment partners.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Workday).
• Support logistics of candidate assessment days and recruitment reporting.
• Assist with recruitment process improvements and candidate experience initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
