Job summary

The Planet Group are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (German Speaking) on a 6-12 month contract to support recruitment initiatives with UK remote working available. You will coordinate interviews, manage recruitment administration, and support the hiring process across Europe.

Working with recruiters and stakeholders, you will handle candidate communication, ATS records (Workday preferred), and logistics for assessment days, contributing to an efficient and positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment coordination, HR or administrative role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, including video conferencing and confirmations.
• Manage calendars for recruiters and hiring managers.
• Serve as main point of contact for candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS (Workday preferred).
• Support recruitment logistics and assessment day planning.
• Assist with recruitment reporting and process improvements.
• Provide general admin support to the Talent Acquisition team.
