Job summary

The Planet Group are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (German Speaking) to support recruitment activities across Europe on a 6-12 month contract, with UK remote working available.

You will coordinate interviews, manage recruitment administration, and provide a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. This fast-paced role requires collaboration with recruiters and stakeholders across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment coordination, HR or admin roles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills; multitasking.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent English; German language skills required to support Europe hiring.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across Europe, including video conferencing and confirmations.
• Manage recruiters' and hiring managers' calendars for efficient interviews.
• Serve as point of contact for candidates, employees, hiring managers and recruitment partners.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Workday preferred).
• Assist with candidate assessment logistics and recruitment reporting.
• Support recruitment processes and contribute ideas to improve candidate experience.
