Job summary

The Planet Group is supporting a leading Aerospace solutions provider in recruiting a German-speaking Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 6-12 month contract. The role is UK remote with Europe-wide responsibilities and occasional travel to Germany.

You will coordinate interviews, manage recruitment administration, and support the overall hiring process across Europe. You will work with recruiters and stakeholders to ensure a smooth candidate experience, maintain records, and contribute ideas to

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with multitasking ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, ideally Workday.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, including video conferencing details and confirmations.
• Manage calendars for recruiters and hiring managers to ensure efficient interviews.
• Act as a point of contact for candidates, employees, hiring managers, and recruitment partners.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Workday preferred).
• Support candidate assessment days and recruitment reporting.
