Job summary

The Planet Group have partnered with a leading aerospace solutions provider to recruit a German-speaking Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a 6-12 month contract. This UK remote role supports recruitment across Europe and ensures a smooth candidate experience from initial contact through interview.

You will coordinate interviews, manage calendars, maintain candidate records (Workday), and liaise with hiring managers and recruiters to optimise processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative roles is desirable.
• Experience using an ATS, ideally Workday, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across Europe, including video conferences and confirmations.
• Manage calendars for recruiters and hiring managers.
• Act as point of contact for candidates, employees, hiring managers, and recruitment partners.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Workday).
• Support candidate assessment logistics and recruitment reporting.
• Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
