Job summary

The Planet Group is partnering with a leading aerospace solutions provider to recruit a German-speaking Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a 6-12 month contract. The role supports recruitment activities across Europe and offers UK remote working.

You will coordinate interviews, manage calendars, and maintain candidate records while liaising with recruiters and stakeholders. Fluency in English and German is essential, with occasional travel to Germany.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative roles.
• Fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, including video calls and confirmations.
• Manage recruiters' and hiring managers' calendars for efficiency.
• Act as a point of contact for candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS, ideally Workday.
• Support candidate assessment days and recruitment reporting.
• Suggest improvements to recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Provide general admin support to the Talent Acquisition team.
