Job summary

The Planet Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (German Speaking) on a 6-12 month contract, with UK remote working available. You will support recruitment across Europe, coordinating interviews, administration, and the end-to-end hiring process, working with recruiters and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have recruitment coordination or HR admin experience, strong organisation, and proficiency in MS Office and ATS tools (Workday preferred).

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment coordination, HR or administrative roles.
• Fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred).
• Fluent English; German language skills required for Europe hiring.
• Willingness to travel to Germany occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, including video conferencing and confirmations.
• Manage calendars for recruiters and hiring managers to keep interviews organized.
• Act as primary point of contact for candidates, employees, hiring managers and recruitment partners.
• Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System, ideally Workday.
• Support logistics of candidate assessment days and recruitment reporting.
• Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
