Job summary

The Planet Group have partnered with a leading aerospace solutions provider to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (German Speaking) on a 6-12 month contract. UK remote working is available, supporting recruitment across Europe.

In this fast-paced role you will coordinate interviews, manage candidate records (Workday preferred), and liaise with stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process. Fluency in English and German is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative role.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with multitasking ability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, ideally Workday.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Fluency in English; German required to support Europe hiring.
• Ability to travel to Germany occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and scheduling interviews, including video conferencing and confirmations.
• Managing calendars for recruiters and hiring managers to keep interviews organised.
• Acting as a point of contact for candidates, employees, and partners with timely responses.
• Maintaining candidate records in the ATS, ideally Workday.
• Supporting logistics of candidate assessment days and recruitment events.
• Assisting with recruitment reporting and process improvements.
• Contributing ideas to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Providing general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
