Qualifications

• Fluent German language skills and additional European languages are a plus.
• Proven experience in sales support, customer service, administration or coordination.
• Strong written and spoken communication, and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP/CRM or reporting systems is beneficial (Power BI or Dynamics 365).

Responsibilities

• Support independent retail partners across the DACH region, building relationships and delivering service.
• Manage customer orders, back orders and amendments with accuracy.
• Monitor stock availability and allocations, providing updates to customers and sales teams.
• Keep customers and Regional Sales Managers informed on order status and deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure correct and timely shipment.
• Coordinate sample requests and check availability across warehouses.
• Help organise customer events and regional sales activities.
• Maintain accurate customer data across internal systems.
• Contribute to process improvements and new ways of working for the DACH team.
