Job summary

EC-Council seeks a German-speaking Partner Account Manager based in the United Kingdom to develop and expand EC-Council’s partner ecosystem across Germany and selected EU markets. You will recruit, onboard, and nurture partners, driving revenue growth through strategic alliances and security training portfolios.

You will collaborate with EC-Council’s sales, marketing, and enterprise teams, manage joint business plans, and provide regular forecasting and performance reviews to regional leadership.

Qualifications

• German and English language fluency required.
• Experience managing partner, channel, or alliance sales and revenue growth.
• Ability to develop account plans and joint business plans with partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a partner growth strategy with Germany as the core market and select EU territories.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage high-potential partners across the ecosystem.
• Build relationships with partner stakeholders at all levels and conduct reviews.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to drive partner-led revenue.
• Forecast pipeline and report commercial insights to leadership.
