Job summary

Coherent is seeking an HR Operations Specialist (German speaking) in Glasgow to support employees across EMEA and North America. You will handle queries, maintain records, and process lifecycle changes in a hybrid role with 3 days onsite.

You will work with Payroll, Benefits and HR Systems to deliver end-to-end support, ensure data accuracy, GDPR compliance and a high standard of employee experience across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in HR operations or related admin role.
• Fluent German and strong English communication skills.
• Experience with HR systems and data privacy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR queries and record employee changes in the ticketing system.
• Provide first-line support on policies, benefits and processes.
• Own cases and resolve them within agreed service levels.
• Escalate complex matters to specialists with clear handover.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and GDPR compliance.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, HR Systems and COE teams.
