Real Life Options in Glasgow is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our friendly HR team, offering hybrid working with two days from home. This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week) with a salary of £27,114.26.

You’ll support the full employee journey from recruitment to onboarding, administer lifecycle processes, conduct first-stage interviews, ensure right-to-work checks, and manage HR records and payroll data in line with GDPR.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration and recruitment.
• Experience supporting HR across multi-site operations.
• Knowledge of GDPR, data protection and right-to-work checks.

Responsibilities

• Support the full employee journey, from recruitment to onboarding and beyond.
• Administer employee lifecycle processes, including new starters, contract changes, and terminations.
• Conduct first-stage interviews and liaise with hiring managers to recruit the right people.
• Ensure compliance with right-to-work checks, background screenings, and safer recruitment policies.
• Manage HR records and payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDPR.
