Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for the German-speaking market to drive end-to-end sales with top clients from London. You will engage with developers and business leaders in the DACH region, collaborating with partners and customer success to enable growth.

The role is based in London with in-office presence 2–3 days per week, focusing on land-and-expand strategies, complex pricing, and rapid contracting to hit ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience selling a technical platform.
• 3+ years of individual quota-carrying experience.
• 2+ years of growing and expanding existing customer accounts.
• Demonstrated expertise in closing $100k+ opportunities.
• Ability to drive your own pipeline generation with outbound capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales process for named accounts.
• Drive expansion opportunities in the DACH territory.
• Grow existing accounts by leveraging relationships and land-and-expand model.
• Meet quarterly/annual sales goals with account strategy and pipeline development.
• Manage RFI/RFQ requests and collaborate with internal teams.
• Develop proposals, price strategies, and close deals efficiently.
• Collaborate with customer success and marketing to share best practices.
