Job summary

Magnitude Consulting is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative to drive growth across the DACH region from a hybrid London base. You will prospect into new Enterprise accounts, run outbound campaigns, and qualify opportunities for the Enterprise AE team.

A strong communicator with German at native/C1 level is essential, with a hungry, ambitious mindset and a path to SaaS sales leadership.

Qualifications

• German language at native or C1 level required.
• Sales or customer service experience is ideal.
• Recent graduates with the right drive are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting into new Enterprise accounts across DACH.
• Running outbound campaigns and generating qualified pipeline.
• Speaking with senior decision-makers and qualifying opportunities.
• Booking meetings for the Enterprise AE team.
• Running initial discovery calls, both virtually and in person.
• Working closely with Sales and Marketing to grow the DACH market.
