Job summary

Cognism is seeking a Customer Success: Training Specialist (German Speaking) to act as a strategic enablement partner to Account Managers. You will design and deliver targeted, high-impact enablement engagements that drive measurable customer outcomes.

You will own the training strategy and execution within your engagements - ensuring customers have the knowledge, workflows, and reinforcement plans required to embed Cognism into their daily operations.

Qualifications

• Proven SaaS enablement or customer success experience.
• Strong onboarding and adoption mindset.
• Engaging facilitator capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic diagnosis of training needs and structured interventions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver targeted, high-impact enablement engagements for customers.
• Own the training strategy and execution within engagements to embed Cognism in daily workflows.
• Partner with Account Managers to translate goals into structured training interventions.
