Job summary

3Search is seeking a German-Speaking CRM Executive to plan, build and deliver multi-channel CRM campaigns across a portfolio of live entertainment brands. The focus will be on German-speaking markets, using Braze and collaborating with stakeholders across countries in a hybrid UK-based role.

You will own email and SMS campaigns, support platform migrations, and help onboard brands to a centralised CRM platform.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in German and English.
• Hands-on Braze experience for emails and journeys.
• Broad CRM strategy and multi-channel marketing understanding.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build and deliver multi-channel CRM campaigns for German-speaking audiences.
• Coordinate campaigns across brands and markets with Braze.
• Collaborate with German-speaking stakeholders to plan timelines and activities.
