Job summary

3Search is seeking a CRM Specialist to plan, build and deliver multi-channel campaigns across a portfolio of live entertainment brands. You will onboard brands to a central CRM platform, develop audience communications and ensure campaigns are delivered on time.

You will own Braze-driven email and SMS campaigns, audience segments and automated journeys, collaborating with marketing leads and festival stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Braze experience including email builds, templates or journeys.
• Broad understanding of CRM strategy and multi-channel marketing.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
• Strong organisation and time management for multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
• Experience in live events, entertainment, or agency environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build and deliver multi-channel CRM campaigns across a portfolio of live entertainment brands.
