Major Players is seeking a Junior Creative Strategist to spearhead the German market launch for a fast-growing health and wellness brand. The role is remote (Germany-based) or London-based and requires native German proficiency.

You will shape creative outputs, brief creators, and own the end-to-end creative pipeline in a high-velocity environment. In this hands-on role, you will translate German consumer insights into high-converting ads, collaborating with UK teams, and shaping the brand voice

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German required.
• 2+ years in creative strategy or paid social, with German market exposure preferred.
• Experience with Meta ads and creator production.
• Ability to translate insights into high-converting German-market ads.
• Strong writing for briefs and concepts in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Write briefs in German covering concept, angle, script and visual direction.
• Develop hooks and angles translating insights into German ads.
• Own weekly creative pipeline across Meta and TikTok.
• Localise UK brand voice for German audience and flag non-transferable elements.
• Collaborate with UK team to share successful approaches and learnings.
• Produce and edit assets, iterating on static and video content.
• Work with growth and influencer teams to refine concepts based on performance.
• Manage end-to-end delivery from concept to live ad.
