Job summary

FABRIC SOCIAL is seeking an Account Director to lead our German market stakeholder relationships and shape integrated social strategies across organic, paid, influencer and creative activity.

You will collaborate with teams in the UK and the Netherlands to adapt international campaigns for German audiences, while guiding projects from brief to asset approval and ensuring profitable account delivery. Regular travel to Berlin is expected, with broader travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English with strong written and spoken skills.
• Experience in client services within a social/creative or integrated agency.
• Deep understanding of the German market, consumer trends and competitive landscape.
• Ability to translate performance data into insights and client presentations.
• Proven track record managing budgets and projects across accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day relationships with German-market stakeholders across key brands and agencies.
• Shape integrated social strategies aligned with client objectives across organic, paid, influencer activity.
• Partner with UK and NL teams to adapt international strategies for German audiences.
• Guide projects from brief to assets, defining budgets, timelines and scopes of work.
• Oversee account performance, reporting, and actionable client insights.
