You’ll collaborate with directors, strategists, copywriters, and account leads to deliver high-impact campaigns. The role demands leadership, a refined eye for craft, and fluency in German with strong English.

Qualifications

• Strong aesthetic vision and ability to set creative direction.
• Proven experience as a Motion Designer with an Art Director’s eye for branding and storytelling.
• High-level motion design craft with timing, framing, pacing, and narrative rhythm.
• Hands-on in creating styleframes, visual systems, and narrative-driven concepts.
• Editing and pacing focused on captivating audiences and maximizing engagement.
• Interest in AI tools and new technologies to improve creative workflows.
• Sharp eye for social media trends and contemporary editing techniques.
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating top-tier execution.
• Fluent German (spoken and written) with strong English skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive motion direction from discovery to final delivery for key projects.
• Design comprehensive styleframes and motion systems defining brand identity.
• Lead social and campaign content with art direction and editing for multiple platforms.
• Craft high-end motion graphics, typography, transitions, and visual effects.
• Master pacing and narrative retention to maximize audience engagement.
• Oversee full post-production including sound, color, and finishing touches.
• Guide and review junior designers to uphold high craft standards.
• Explore workflows and AI tools to elevate team output.
