Job summary
Simple Online Healthcare in the UK seeks a German-speaking senior growth leader to own the German market P&L and drive profitable scale. You will work remotely day to day, with optional office visits, and be a genuine part of the leadership team, translating market performance into clear commercial decisions for the executive board.
You will set strategy across paid acquisition, CRM and lifecycle, CRO, SEO and data, build and lead the team, and lead in executive communication.
Qualifications
- German-speaking senior growth leader based in the UK with P&L ownership.
- 3+ years in a senior leadership role owning strategy and a team.
- Proven ability to scale a D2C, subscription or telehealth business.
- Experience turning around underperforming markets or channels.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
Responsibilities
- Own the German growth P&L with profitability targets.
- Define and deliver the growth strategy across channels and lifecycle.
- Direct full-funnel performance across paid search, social, SEO, CRM, and CRO.
- Partner with CRM to improve retention and LTV; drive unit economics.
- Build attribution, forecasting, and serve as executive advisor.
- Lead and develop the German growth team; collaborate with the board.
