Job summary

Liberty Resourcing is seeking ambitious German-speaking Customer Services Executives to join a global e-commerce group. Initially train in London for 6 months, then relocate to stunning apartments in Cape Town, South Africa, with accommodation and all relocation expenses covered.

The role involves making outbound and inbound calls, managing customer relationships, and maintaining database records. Candidates should possess a faultless standard of German and have a proactive work approach. Opportunity for great international experience awaits!

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to customers in German.
• Daily sales and dials in German.
• Manage key customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate database records at all times.
• Work to deadlines and complete tasks assigned.
• Take full responsibility for handling customer queries.
• Manage any other ad-hoc duties assigned by managers and supervisors.

Our client, a global e‑commerce group with stunning offices in London & Cape Town as well as other worldwide locations, is currently looking for 10 ambitious and enthusiastic German speaking Outbound Customer Service Hosts to join the team.

First stop – London office: In London, you will receive all necessary training and start working. Accommodation support will be provided and the immigration team will sort your visa for a new job in Cape Town (South Africa). You will be based within luxurious office space, secure accommodation and will get accommodation expenses covered for the first 3 months.
