You will act as senior technical authority, develop ground models, review analyses and guide design solutions while mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

Substantial technical background in geotechnical engineering, engineering geology and ground risk management with leadership of complex projects.
Ability to review, challenge and approve high-quality geotechnical outputs and design solutions.
Proven track record leading projects and multidisciplinary teams with scope, programme, resources, quality and risk management.
Strong commercial awareness with experience in proposals and developing new business.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and operational leadership across geotechnical and multidisciplinary projects.
Direct development and assurance of ground models, assessments, design solutions and deliverables.
Lead bids and proposals with delivery strategies and fee submissions.
Mentor engineers and engineering geologists and support succession planning.
Collaborate with senior leaders on strategy, workload planning and growth.
