WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an Associate Director for its Land team. You will provide leadership on land projects, engage with clients and stakeholders, and drive land acquisition and consents for major infrastructure across the UK and Ireland.

The role involves directing a large team, shaping strategy, and delivering projects to time, cost and quality targets. We offer a hybrid working pattern with offices across the UK and opportunities for travel to Ireland.

Formación

• Leadership in delivering land services at a strategic level.
• Expertise in land consents and landowner engagement for major infrastructure.
• Experience guiding multi-disciplinary teams across sectors and locations.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Proven bid management and tender submission experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and direction on WSP Land projects.
• Champion a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
• Lead business development within Energy, Water and Rail sectors.
• Oversee delivery of major projects on time, within budget, to high quality standards.
