Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Technical Director in Glasgow to lead geotechnical programmes across the UK and internationally. You will set technical standards, guide complex ground engineering projects and act as a senior ambassador for WSP's geotechnical portfolio.

You will drive governance, ensure quality and risk management, and mentor senior staff while developing long-term client strategies and major opportunities. The role supports hybrid working with global collaboration.

• Proven governance, assurance and strategic direction across projects and teams.
