Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd. is seeking a Lead Manager – Geospatial to lead the strategic development of Asda's geospatial capabilities and deliver data-driven insights across the business.

You will manage a team of analysts and work with senior stakeholders to shape the geospatial agenda and drive measurable value. The role requires leading analytics, data science and product delivery, with strong experience in geospatial technologies and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading analytics, geospatial or data science in a large organisation.
• Proven ability to define and execute strategic geospatial roadmaps.
• Experience with ESRI technologies across desktop and web GIS environments.

Responsibilities

• Define, own and deliver the geospatial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Build relationships with senior leaders across functions and influence decisions.
• Lead a team of managers, analysts and specialists to develop capabilities.
• Oversee geospatial analytics, modelling and location-based decision support.
• Govern geospatial data assets and ensure alignment with data strategy.
• Track value and manage delivery risks across the portfolio.
