Job summary

BakerHicks is seeking an Associate Director - Geospatial in the United Kingdom to lead and grow our geospatial capability. You will shape strategy, drive business development, manage client relationships and oversee a talented geospatial team across diverse infrastructure projects.

You’ll champion GIS technologies, AI and digital twins, providing technical governance and helping BakerHicks deliver innovative solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading geospatial teams in a consultancy or engineering environment.
• Proven track record in developing services and growing business.
• Strong client relationships and opportunity identification skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver geospatial strategy, business plan and growth roadmap.
• Lead bids, tenders, proposals and client presentations to grow revenue.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing geospatial team with clear development paths.
• Provide technical leadership and governance across geospatial projects.
• Champion GIS, AI, automation and digital twin initiatives to improve delivery.
