Qualifications

Experience leading a GIS team and delivering high‑quality geospatial data products.
Hands-on GIS development including building and maintaining Python scripts and automating workflows.
Strong knowledge of ESRI technologies, particularly ArcGIS Pro, and ability to develop ESRI Web Apps for internal and client use.
Ability to guide research and analysis teams, provide training, and ensure output quality.
