Geo-Environmental Consultant (Rail) – £75,000 - £85,000 + Progression + Training + Bonus + Company Benefits

Basingstoke, Hampshire. Are you a Geo-Environmental Consultant with Rail experience looking for a project leadership role with an award-winning consultancy? Do you want to take the lead in building a brand-new environmental consultancy within an established business and shape the future of a growing division?

On offer is the chance to become a founding member of this group’s new Environmental Consultancy arm and join a highly respected consultancy in the critical infrastructure sector. Building on success in rail and construction, they are expanding into the geo-environmental sector with a proven track record delivering projects for some of the UK’s largest transport operators. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role where progression is clear and growth is supported.

The Role

• Lead and deliver projects across the rail and property development sectors, initially.
• Provide technical oversight, review reports, and ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Develop client relationships and support business development opportunities.
• Play a key role in shaping the strategy and growth of a new consultancy.
• Hybrid working available (2-3 days in Basingstoke office).

The Person

• Experienced Geo-Environmental Consultant (rail or property development background preferred).
• Excellent technical, management and client-handling skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to help win work and grow a business.
• Based local to Basingstoke or willing to commute.
