Job description

The Generous Briton is a charming village pub with a loyal customer base located in the affluent village of Costock, Loughborough. The pub is known for its friendly vibe, quality ales, and community spirit. Our customers are a mix of friendly villagers, walkers, cyclists, and regulars from nearby towns who love the relaxed atmosphere and traditional pub feel.

The pub benefits from an outdoor area, and offers darts facilities. There is a kitchen for the Operator to produce their own menu, currently the site is split 80/20 (wet led).

The pub also draws in families, dog walkers, and weekend visitors, making it a lively hub of the community. An experienced Operator who can drive community activity, implement a menu and keep the locals at the heart will thrive at this pub!
